Open daily for lunch and dinner, Plan B is an oasis of tranquility, ideal for a relaxing lunch break between a swim and a moment of sunbathing, or for a dinner by the sea. The varied menu is designed to showcase the freshness of the ingredients and the lightness of Mediterranean cuisine, with simple flavors and an endless view of the sea. Each course is carefully prepared, perfect for those seeking quality and flavor.
When evening falls over the Golfo degli Angeli, the sky glows pink, and Plan B transforms. Starting with aperitifs, enjoy a delicious cocktail at sunset. For dinner, it's time for the pizzeria, where Italian tradition meets the beauty of Poetto. The aroma of the wood-fired oven wafts through the air, the lights come on, and the evening comes to life.
Our pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and select flours, and can be enjoyed with a selection of local craft beers or a fine glass of wine. And while you savor a perfect Margherita or gourmet pizza, the sea and sky blend together before you. It's a moment that engages all the senses.

Here, days start early, with a rich selection of delis and freshly baked goods, perfect for breakfast or a tasty morning snack. At lunch, pizza takes the center stage, enjoyed at the table or wherever you like. As evening falls, the atmosphere heats up: between a refined aperitif and fragrant pizzas, the gourmet restaurant comes to life, where creativity and tradition meet in surprising dishes. Open from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm, Plan B is the perfect solution any time of day. We're closed on Sundays, but only to recharge the batteries and start the week off with even more flavour. During the winter season, Plan B at the Lido takes a break, while the Via Rockefeller location remains open, continuing to offer quality culinary experiences even away from the beach.
